About
William Rosbottom was born in Shreveport, Louisiana, and
raised in Dallas, Texas. He is a graduate of Roanoke College
with a Bachelors s Degree in Business Administration. Before
beginning his career in Real Estate, William spent time working
at New Tradition Media, an outdoor advertising company in
New York City. There he was a part of sign acquisition in
Hudson Yards, Hells kitchen, and Times Square. During his
time in Washington, William spent time on working New
Tradition s Union Station Project while building his Real Estate
Business. Since joining Long and Foster in September of 2018,
William has strived to provide the best and a professional
approach to real estate. As a seasoned realtor in the
Washington D.C. Metropolitan area, William has and
continues to gain incredible knowledge and experience in the
luxury rental market. This knowledge derives from extensive
work on several high-end luxury rental buildings located
throughout the city, such as The Hepburn, The Residences at
Eastern Market and, 1331 Maryland Avenue. He is also very well
versed in the Georgetown rental market. His subtle but sound
sense of character leaves every client with a memorable and
pleasant experience. He prides himself on the level of
courtesy and professionalism he holds himself to, which earns
him the highest praise from his clients and his colleagues.
